County Government Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Formal county Right-to-Know requests go to the Open Records Officer at 430 Court Street, Office of Commissioners, New Castle, PA 16101. Written requests may be submitted in person, by mail, by email to eparodi@lawrencecountypa.gov, or by fax. The county policy does not accept verbal, telephone, or anonymous requests, and the ordinary response time is 5 business days unless an extension applies.
